Bakhodir   was born in Uzbekistan, Tashkent Province in 1961. He graduated from the Decorative Department of  Tashkent Pedagogical Institute in 1982. 

This young artist has the longstanding experience in eastern miniature painting. His artworks show that he has mastered brilliantly the technique of the eastern miniature. He constantly perfects this style of painting, creating his own individual style. His illustrations for the collection of poems by poets of the East, reflect his stylistic discoveries.
